The Company has set up its own procurement company and processing factory in Inner Mongolia major grain producing areas. The factory covers an area of 22 acres, nearly 14,666 square meters, of which the area of workshop & warehouse is about 3000 square meters; the storage capacity can reach more than 20,000 MT. It possesses a full set of coarse grain processing equipments including clearing machine, weight machine, stone machine and color sorter, etc. The daily processing capacity is more than 100 MT. After effective integration of local operational advantages possessed by the procurement company, the Company now holds powerful capability of procurement, storage and transfer; the annual purchase & processing capability is up to 100,000 MT. This move increases the working efficiency of the Company; lowers the product processing cost and brings the Company into the leadership position in the industry.

Product sourcing channels:
(1)The farmers directly deliver their products to our procurement company.
(2)The procurement company sends the trucks to the countryside for collecting the products from the farmers, then it directly transports the products to the designated warehouses and ports.
The effective combination of these two channels fundamentally guarantees the quality of the products and effectively controls the procurement cost. |
